Davina Designs Hat

Fountain Street Open Studios

Join Lynne at Damianos Photography the first weekend in December during Fountain Street Studios' 19th Open House event, where over 40 artists open their doors to the public, sharing their art and workspaces.

This event provides a unique and educational experience for visitors of all ages. Lynne will present her new NatureScapes photographs of Hawaii and Farm Pond Park.

Joining Lynne will be graphic designer Lisa Breslow Thompson who will exhibit her paintings. Recent series include Stuffed Animals, Cats, Rocky Beaches, Desserts, Sushi, Cocktails and Iconic Foods. Many of her images are also available as high quality reproductions on greeting cards.

Guest artist Arlene Simon will also be in the studio with her Davina Designs' Art-to-Wear Hats. Inspired by unusual fabrics with great ‘hand’, texture and color, and sourced from around the world, each Art-to-Wear hat is topped off with a vintage button and hand crafted in Boston. Playful yet sophisticated, Davina Designs hats are wearable by women of all ages, shapes and sizes.

Newport Rocks Necklace

Client Feature - Newport Rocks

Linda Warren has traveled the coastal shores of New England to find one of a kind ancient glacial stones naturally shaped by the sea that she incorporates into stunning jewelry collections. Each stone is hand polished to bring out its rich deep tones, and is artfully displayed in an eclectic assortment of necklaces and earrings.

Her taste in jewelry has always been simple and natural. Linda started collecting stones five years ago, and her interest grew as she explored the Great Lakes Region and the coast of New England. The joy of discovering these incredible stones, some of them formed billions of years ago, grew from a fascination with their colors, forms and how she could incorporate them into wearable or usable art.

Combining stones to create interesting designs came naturally to Linda. She had the great fortune to work with someone who had been in the jewelry making business for several years. He helped her with the technical aspects of jewelry making, which she found to be really fun. Wearing these pieces makes Linda feel more connected with nature - both its energy and beauty.

We collaborated with Linda to create over 80 images of her Newport Rocks jewelry in preparation for sale on Etsy.com.
